We already know that the deal works fiscally for us - we only have to assess how realistic our "vision" is for the project and does the "advertsing" (i.e. listing information provided) live up to reality.If you have the right deal idenified, get it under contract (with contingencies) - the money will be found.

One thing I've learned is especially among new investors, sometimes it's easy to have tunnel vision.

Continue to grow your $60k till you have a defined and clear vision of where you want to invest it.

We launched our company in July of 2021, so we are extremely excited to hone in specifically on vision and scaling! 

Hopefully you had some sort of written agreement that won't make you pay them anything to release them from their obligation to perform.If you have a vision for what you want the space to look like or if you know what the historical preservation people are looking for, hire a reputable GC that can make plans.
