Today we are targeting singles and doubles and sometimes get a triple or home run but rarely strike out. 

I think that's for the striking differences.

While these choices can be striking and unique, they may not necessarily resonate with a broader audience, especially potential tenants.

Wilson Centennial Park: This project strikes me as a testament to Detroit's commitment to creating harmonious urban spaces.

This just strikes me as one more way to make what should be a very specialized product (which is harmful to the purchaser when used in the wrong circumstances) and repackage it to make even more people (in the wrong circumstances) interested in buying it. 

So far I'm striking out when it comes to lenders who will offer a HELOC on an investment property in the area.
