Back in Nov 2015 I bought my first property for cash and fixed it up with my father.

you might have to lower the rent to get it rented during this time of year.We purposely have extended or shortened leases by a month or two to get them to terminate during more advantageous time, for instance a 15 month lease that begins in Nov and ends in Feb.

Look for catalysts that may drive more jobs to area.
