I can't leave my elderly mother for weeks at a time.

We actually have an elderly next door neighbor (who has become a friend) at one of our SFH rentals who is sadly in the midst of a foreclosure/pre-foreclosure.

I'd watch out for liability in dealing with all investors, particularly ones who are elderly, unsophisticated, (or may appear to be) otherwise under undue influence from someone or something else, etc.

I've warned him several times that if this elderly couple pass away their adult heirs in this country will inherit the house but he never responds.

The landlord is an elderly couple, who have multiple units around the area, however i think property management and being a landlord may have become to much for them.
