I stay mostly on the holistic side and one of my best friends in Atlanta was a chinese medicine doctor and I'm constantly calling her up asking who knows what!

Holistic Health Care doctors use a PMA when the FDA tells them they can't offer anything other than prescribed drugs.Chiropractors have used PMAs to get started when Chiropractic care was seen as fringe medicine.Restaurants use them to serve alcohol in dry counties.A PMA is nothing more than contract law where two people engage in a contract and in their 1st amendment right to association tell the government they have NO jurisdiction. 

It gets dicey when they have a "comfort" animal and a note from their doctor saying they have a medical condition that is improved with the use/ownership of a comfort animal.  

or commission based on introducing my coworkers (doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc....all high income earners) to a real estate agent or broker.

Especially, traveling nurses and doctors. 

I'm a pretty smart guy (I'm a doctor, after all) and good with numbers, but even with electronic software it is very easy to make big screw-ups. 

I've talked to a few people in the area about my situation and many have recommended reaching out to the local hospital for traveling doctors/nurses to stay in.

No offense to you, but most doctors are terrible at business.

Hugely beneficial to high-income earners, most of whom run their own businesses or at least are in partnerships (doctors, lawyers, etc.).

Example  I have doctor clients making 700k to 1.2 million a year doing surgeries.
