I’m starting this thread to help my wife gain clarity and resolution on some issues she’s having with pricing, and hoping we can get great feedback from all of you to help us remedy the problems.

Now there is some clarity.

(You could say you are not a drug dealer when you sell drugs, but you are still a drug dealer.)The bulletin (last link) references two sets of laws and notes that the laws are intended to be changed in the future for clarity.

After the crash, the conversation around TDR came to the forefront and most of what you see on the internet is simply the echo of the conversation and may not include the rules that have been reviewed and commented on for clarity.

I'm far from a CPA, do one of you want to give us more clarity?
