Many people who post on Bigger Pockets are pretty "anti-guru" because they feel like you can learn everything you need to know by reading and watching the resources on this site. 

@Megan Aldridge I am very anti-debt too, but this debt is easily managed.

Furthermore the rent board is very anti-landlord.

But again and anyone who has read my post knows I am anti sub 30k by and large.. but people still buy them sell them and out of area folks still think somehow they will make them work.

Nothing fixed the problem - bleach, OdorXit, we tried all kinds of things until I discovered....Anti Icky PooCrazy name, but hands down, the BEST product I used.

Children, elderly, and hypersensitive (asthma and allergies) individuals can ALL be impacted by mold proteins. 

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the insanely anti-landlord slant of rental regulations here in DC.

And it really opened my eyes to the nonsense perpetrated by these "anti-gentrification causes".We'll see how well the vocal few take my 5,000 postcards I'm about to send out that'll cover about 50% of the properties :-).

I don't have a pet policy because of pet dander allergies of the current tenant.
