Hey Dan, just thought I'd thank u again for your input, we decided to renew her lease n she was very happy to stay n pay market rent.

I wound up putting in the time/effort to educate myself, make connections and take action. 

So the house wound up needing the drywall, kitchen, bathroom, roof to the garage, Plumbing, Gas and other stuff done. 

U only post your versions of this that supports your narrative... 

u do need money for the horizontal or you need a loan for the horizontal if this is a new plat.. for infill this works great.

I've been skipped over on 2 investments as well.You have to constantly be on backs to get a answer why u don't receive your quarterly deposits.Now its last week of March still no tax paperwork received so I can file.I would look elsewhere for decent returns.I think they didn't plan on higher rates going into this market

Good luck you have it about right when I talked to the manufacturer of the machine he quoted me 10% savings and of course some time savings .. u also have the issue with man power and who knows how to use them and the other subs who have never worked with them.. then getting them approved at the county level etc etc..
