The third plumber said there appeared to be a minor leak around the toilet, maybe the wax ring is bad.

You can always wire and not install or do something like a ring doorbell that you discontinue after rehab and they pick up the service or not if they want it.

I know it may be hard with a wedding upcoming but try to keep your credit cards at or below a 30% utilization rate.

What's it matter if they ring your phone via a virtual number or your cell number?
