I really don't have any knowledge of housing vouchers or Section 8 tenants because this is my only property that would be considered by someone using a housing voucher so maybe I am just a bit misinformed. 

First off 5 of the 6 units were occupied by USDA voucher tenants. the other unit was a full pay resident.

There is VERY limited housing around here, so people who have housing vouchers can hardly find a place to move into and those with mental health are essentially screwed.

Personally I don't like dealing with the government and the difficulties it imposes and do not accept vouchers. 

Exactly one half of my tenants have Section 8 Vouchers and the other not, but having an S8 Voucher does not grant any special protection or privilege.

Once you select one they’ll give you their voucher and you complete it and turn it in directly.  

I did read that in the HUD agreement about not charging more..The tenant suggested it, because after we sat down and did the brakedown, me not paying any utilities, I said I really wanted someone with a higher voucher amount, and SHE SUGGESTED THIS..She says alot of people do this, and I said I didn't think it was allowed.She said it isn't, but if it is cash, and there are no receipts who is gonna be able to prove anything.

She specializes in Midrtown, where most Section 8 vouchers are used.

I asked about her voucher allowance for a 3 bedroom house.

(i.e: monthly rent paid, vouchers, etc.)
