I have a problem when people are just dollar signs and you build an empire on their hard work, then are unwilling to work with them.

If you are unwilling to show it because you think there is concern about exposure, why would you think exposure to potentially deadly disease is the PM's job? 

On the flip side though, they seem unwilling to share the financial hurt.
