Hey everyone,I'm currently in the process of evaluating real estate strategies going forward and attempting to convert the substantial equity I have in two single family homes into cash flowing multi-family properties seems to be an appealing possibility, but I'm not totally certain on how the process would unfold, so I figured I'd put it before the public for advice.

I completely stopped all work on this one and another project I had going when the COVID-19 thing started to unfold.

Upon first glance you might not have expected what was about to unfold, this man held the opportunity I was searching for, and lesson: ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ resurfaced again.

You never really know what event unfolds right in front of you.That was definitely an eye opening experience but a very exciting one.

This is to not only see the process unfold firsthand and apply my knowledge turning it into experience, but to also to network and gain contacts. 

All of these questions won't have definitive answers until it all unfolds, but it's not a pretty picture and all of these scenarios will eventually affect real estate.  

Sorry for all of the questions at once, just wanted to clarify how it unfolds after getting contract with seller.

I grew up in the Bay Area so saw the whole mess as it unfolded.
