Hi all,I am a Newbie first-time homebuyer/landlord here, hoping for some wisdom from the community.I bought my first primary residence in Nov 2021 for $850K (20% downpayment) in San Pablo, California.

Wisdom: you have to know how to do the job yourself before you hire someone else to do it.....

Any wisdom is greatly appreciated.   

Biggest mistake of my life was not holding 50 or so more of the 500 I flipped, HUGE mistake  Thank you for the insight and wisdom Bob, you are right, better hold now than regret later!

I know self storage is popular these days so I need some wisdom from those who are doing it!
