I know its possible to get into RE with little or no money but I think everyone would unanimously agree that it is much easier if you have a good paying job.

We are dancing - I posted a 3-day Notice yesterday, and this morning I get a text from the tenant advising me to save my money on the eviction costs cause I'll have the house back on the 15th...So, I looked at myself in the mirror and we took a vote - it was unanimous.

Fortunately, mine are in places where an eviction doesn't require an act of God, Congress, and a unanimous vote at the G20 :) I would likely use the same philosophy in a tenant-friendly location as you do.
