I'm wondering what tools and resources you all use as rental owners and investors to get or keep your financial ducks in a row?

I used free tools like Zillow and Redfin to come up with a home value, asked him some questions about the condition of the home, made him an offer, and he accepted it.

Any tips or scripts for reaching out to owners would also be helpful.I’d love to connect and learn more about your approach.

I also practice as a Realtor because I enjoy it and it is extra income.So as an investor, your options are to get your RE license and have access to a lot of tools and do the research yourself (therefore you're paying with time, energy and a little money) or you work with a great realtor/investor in the specific market you're looking into.
