If I don't clean my bunnies litter pans every other day in the summer, we know we have bunnies.Our bunnies cuddle nicely on our laps, and offer lots of kisses (licks), however when the little buggers chance to run loose in the house, we immediately run in terror for the cords on our sleep number bed.

We are part of a process but it invariabely comes down to an individual being responsible for his/her actions & decisions and being lucky in things none of us control (job growth, interest rates, economy, terrorism and the hopefully lack therof...)A part of the overall system that should get blame put at their feet...sure.

by accounting for the portion of her rental that is used for occasional business at home and that it exceeds 600/yr so she needs to issue owner a 1099. she also mentioned not wanting her rent to go 'under the table' and that she doesn't like the idea of any secret slumlord diverting her rental income overseas tax-free maybe even for terrorism back home.cringe and she already signed the contract and was given the keys!
