If the design allows it, building in ADA features is nice if for nothing else bigger doorways, halls, ramps, grab bars, etc.

As an overall picture, Canyon County (where Caldwell is located in), has lower pricing than Ada County (Boise, Meridian).

But we always caulk the front and sides for sanitary reasons.Also, for elderly tenants, you may want to consider replacing the toilet with one that is chair height (high boy or ADA type) as it will be easier for them to use.

In Maryland ADA allows the *tenant* to make modifications to a property but *tenant* has to put the house back in order before they leave.
