I virtually always fill the unit at the 1st open house.note if you find it hard to rent in September, imagine the difficulty in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb.  

Los Angeles has its difficulties but I do have clients that are killing it.

Instead of figuring out the technology requirements, how about flying to Denver for a nice interview and vacation that's also a tax write-off?  

They thought their business was a technology business with a financial component, not understanding that it was a financial enterprise utilizing a technology platform. 

I like the Kwikset due to the SmartKey technology so you can easily rekey.

I can tell you that for sure, without any question at all, that no brokerage cares about you unless they are a small mom-and-pop (and they won't have the technology stack to help you grow unless you only want to stay local).

There's a program in Texas that could pay me back my down payment and closing costs, but I'm having difficulty finding a qualified lender and my credit rating, while better than it was, is still about 11 points below where lenders would take me seriously.

If you cannot do that, then you will encounter other issues that you have difficulty overcoming.Good luck
