This varies based on talent, proximity, etc.Historically, single-family rental property management has been a challenge to scale for many reasons, but it can be done.

PM is also a field in the real estate industry that has the fewest talented people in my opinion. 

Instead of having a "talent pool", we have a talent puddle, its hard and getting harder to find good people for work.

I'm currently based out of Talent.

I have some friends that are amazingly talented owning and running C type properties but they are local to the product.

I am sitting here thinking, i have unlimited amount of people i can hire at literally below $200 a month, there has to be a way for me use these resources and get into real estate.So, i am asking you guys to suggests things i can do to get into real estate using this huge pool of talent i have at my disposable for next to nothing.

After gaining several years of experience, i discovered my passion and talent for real estate and decided to purse my own venture.
