What’s your strategy: focusing on cash flow, appreciation, or a mix of both?

We actually keep a pantry pretty well stocked with basics:  tea, coffee, cleaning supplies & laundry stuff, cup of noodles, ramen, soup, oatmeal packets, microwave popcorn, spices, bottled water, lemonade mix/crystal light, etc.  

A mix of both might even be ideal!

I plan to continue to invest in a mix of both RE syndication and our own rental properties going forward depending on what makes the most sense and offers the best returns. 

two things I have learned.  1,200 is a sweet spot for demand, and if you do have a large unit of 2,500 get a couple of them zoned for auto. 

Normally they would mix the concrete by hand. 

I got the terms mixed with open mortgage (no penalty to pay off early, but higher interest rates) and closed (more typical mortgage with lower rates, but the penalties to pay off the mortgage)...that'll teach me not to post too early in the morning :)

When you’re done, think about final touches that signal quality: well-placed mudrooms, logical spots for washer/dryer units (maybe near bedrooms for convenience), and closets that don’t feel like afterthoughts.The biggest hurdles I’ve seen often come down to hitting that sweet spot between cost and perceived value.
