Membership is quite restricted but the intel is incredibly valuable.  

If you’re just saying the survey cost of getting the existing building layout documented is too much, you might be able to get creative and avoid the costs, but it’s not a great bet to make. 

A BNY Mellon Wealth Management survey found the 6/10 office made at least six direct investment last year with 7/10 planning to make the same number of investments this coming year. 

We don’t have $345-$395 memberships (we don’t even have those price points).

There is all the trades but what about trainers for the trades, project Managers, draftspersons, logistics, site survey, submittals, on and on and on..... 

However, we started registration with GA and we purchased the pro membership.

For example, if an acceptable survey is provided, the Standard Exception for survey matters will be deleted from the policy but a special exception for any matters shown on the survey will be taken. 

Spent a lot of money on a useless custom floorplan and various surveying costs. 

It is a Pro membership feature but the data is INSANE value for LTR metrics.
