So if you are using a loan type that is ok with leaving the property in the LLC/Company at closing then that is going to be some type of a commercial/portfolio style loan.

@Raj G.If it’s owned by a LLC you could do a mezzanine style loan which is a loan to LLC not specific asset but if they do not produce then you can step in and take over.
