I could get an owner financed deal for $50k-which is the goal here.I have never tried to side-step a REA, but I don't have the stomach for this one.Deal aside, has anyone had any experience like this?

I played 2nd and short when I played softball, but eventually when I started playing with huge people that could bat the balls at mach 1 into my stomach, I moved to outfield and enjoyed it quite nicely :) Lol.

After a while you start to know what to look for and may be able to find the big issues yourself.I have found that Baltimore-especially the city, has plenty of cheap 100+ year houses with serious structural, foundational, etc. issues that I, like you, would not have the stomach to want to deal with if they gave it to me for free!

I can understand why there are deals out there because people dont have the stomach for this type of transaction especially if you do alot of real estate sale the conventional way.Cell counter, I apppreciate the input.
