Where are you with the city required Certificate of Compliance process?

This allows them to navigate a familiar interface, making the process smoother and more convenient.

If I wanted to convert solely to me as the primary (investor/owner)..in the transfer process (to me solely) a complicated one?

County or City permitting- own the process. 

So would it be smarted to hire more of an "assistant" to manage everything and be a little more in control of the process and procedures?
