They say they sprayed and they should be gone in a couple weeks(obviously this won't work if the entire complex has them which it does).

Tenant said that she got an "enzyme spray for pets mart" and used it liberally and that it didnt help.

I'm in Tulsa and can get a house drilled/sprayed for termites for around 650$ if it's around 1500sq ft or less.

I have a tenant who heard "the toilet running" for "over a week, I guess" - but it turned out to be a big hot water leak spraying the subfloor under the bathroom in an enclosed crawlspace.  

The guy who sprayed my tub said it would last about 10 years.  

I sprayed an entire can of lysol  in it , still there .  

That's why I don't understand the extreme reactions from people, if I said I could turn lead into gold and ill teach you for $100.00 and then got out a can of gold spray paint, would I be evil for taking your money, or would you be silly for giving it to me?

In my personal home, we eventually got a quarterly bug spray from Terminix (originally for an ant problem, but it took care of both).  

I was thinking of a spray foam insulation.  

Cats always spray.
