Old plumbing, old knob and tube electric, asbestos wrapped boilers, asbestos tile, lead paint, this stuff can spiral out of control quickly.

I keep any existing blinds, as they’re damaged beyond repair, I remove them and install 84” tall spiral end solid 1” thick curtain rods from homegoods ($16 each), on all windows (screwed into a wood stud), especially in bedrooms.

Companies will pass that on as an annual price increase in spring and the upward spiral is in motion.What people don't understand, even if inflation slows down, prices don't come back down, that would be deflation.

I think this is fundamentally destabilizing for society as it forces those already struggling into a downward spiral (pay your taxes or buy groceries for your family), and it is morally bankrupt.So in bringing this full circle to the topic at hand, I applaud Inslee for proposing new sources of revenue to pay for improvements to our state that don't raise money on backs of the poor and middle class citizens.

lawyer said since i'm not likely to get the back rent due even if it goes to collection due to the tenants steep downward spiral, thus to just sue for a clerk's judgment (or something like that) where i just get repo not restitution of monetary damages.its good to know its pretty much legal to pay an adult for the one time service without breaking any labor laws.
