The property I'm looking at is in one of the premier South Eastern cities (Call it Charleston, Savannah, etc.) and situated right on the fringe of two large-scale development projects that will transform the area (including 300 new residential apts).

The SA Act is forcing REI from existing on the fringe of the space with one foot in the water and one foot out.

Just another spin to provide a product to sell and probably pushing something at the fringe of ethical conduct, as others do. :)

As downtown Indy grows the neighborhoods on the outer fringe will continue to be gentrified and values will increase.

To actually build such a community with active membership from RE gurus and volunteer moderators is super awesome.I have been on the fringes of buy and hold investing for a few years and am thinking of getting into it more actively.

DOM would bother me more than a declining price unless the price decline is double digits month over month.I believe the declining price will impact flippers that are buying on the fringe.  

I bet every city now has an ordinance against them  There are some fringe areas where I notice they go up and stay up for weeks.  

The property is on the fringe of the nice part of Long Beach and the not so desirable part.
