So, yes, you'll get a lower percentage of the cash flow (which isn't that high anyway for long-term rentals like pretty much anywhere in the world, including the US) but you'll get appreciation and loan amortization.b) You successfully invest in STRs and make enough money that you don't care that much about the higher taxes.To conclusion, as a foreigner investing in Spain, with a few exceptions of specialized niches, I focus on areas that have (high) capital appreciation and short-term rental potential.Hope this helps.

well as I posted last week Oregon is now going to require wholesalers to be licensed they have carved out a special license for this activity.. those wishing to continue to wholesale will need to do full criminal and get a bond.. some will not qualify as they have bad backgrounds or crappy credit.

If there was no appreciation, there is no need to do a 1031 exchange.I have never been a fan of condo's as you lose some control over the investment - You have no control over the monthly maintenance fees, you may not have control over who is on the board, you have no control over special assessments.I wish the investments turn out well for you!
