Certainty doable on the stock market but not likely as there are many more factors involved.

BRRRRs are also more difficult to pencil out in this market, but still doable.

70%LTV should be doable but most likely not a bank, depending on cash flow of the location.

It may not seem easy to some, but it is more than doable by all.

You'll need to treat it much like you would an STR in that you'll need a cleaner and a handyman and someone to restock it for you, but it's absolutely doable.
