Even at 18 you may have some skills that you have learned like sales, marketing, research, data analysis, and others. 

Revenue management is a skill.

You bring the skills; they bring the funds—win-win.Private Money Lending: Find people (friends, family, colleagues) interested in real estate but not actively involved.

There isn't any money in being an Agent who just helps tenants find apartments so nobody with any skill is going to be offering that service.

You're paying for your agent's connections, their negotiating skills, and their local knowledge and experience.I would start with telling your agent what your investment goals or strategies are, and how they've helped others achieve that goal. 

You have to change the way think and know you are chasing time freedom.To get time freedom, you use all of your skills and assets, but you don't scale too quickly.
