I have to say that I am in shock at the accusations you leveled against me and my company.

Lots of people have been sold on SFR as investments and are SHOCKED when the reality of repairs, depreciation, tenants, and negative cash flow rear their ugly heads.  

I am shocked that you actually wrote that seller did not include any maintenance/cap ex.

In fact, it is often shocking to see them leave behind personal photographs or other things that can't be replaced.

Stay cool I see its 110 in your area and was shocked to see Bend at 112 its 100 here in PDX which is very high.. and of course about 40% of the homes here have no AC.. so miserable for them.

I am shocked how many posts before mine expressed that because the cancellation was in the contract the owner should pay it.
