Love the part of your post about "worshiping God and serving men and women!"

I want to keep away from any short cuts , I am not looking to take large cuts from sellers (I’m a true agent at heart and looking to serve my clients) .

This was fully vacant property near the lake and Whole Foods.

The food is outstanding as is the whole vibe of the area. 

In a nutshell I think a down vote button would not serve to further communication between us which is the goal of the site.

The company in question did not, and more so, gave a sense of urgency for me to pledge my interest in the deal as its first come first serve. 

It was a raised foundation and they filled the floor heating vents with dog food.....you can imagine...John, which do you think smells worse - dog poop or cat poop? 

We even served management a notice to cure, but the property is owned by a large corporate entity, which makes us feel like we’re at a dead end.

So, successful agreements (those that “stand up” when tested in court) have the spouse without the assets receiving a significant lump sum in event of divorce,For smaller sums of money/assets alternatives to prenuptial agreements may serve the purpose best.  

In the morning when we served breakfast to lots of people we used a drip pot and poured it into a large urn type percolator.
