I'm a Canadian, there is no such things as an LLC here.

I'd recommend a private lender since you have an LLC and good credit.

Each project is a separate LLC legal entity and is independent of the others.

In short, having all the conversations and commitments in strategy, setting up LLC and all the fun docs of who's doing what, and I'd suggest even getting initial funding into account for at least EM. 

In general, would you recommend getting a lawyer in the area where the LLC is registered?
