The thing is I'm the kind of landlord that if you say x is wrong, I'm on it like white on rice, I'm not talking a week or two- I'm talking an hour to a day at most so all thier issues I resolved in under a day or so over the first few weeks of them living there.

However from the research I've done about yellow letters this maximizes the chances that the individual will open up and read the letter.I guess I'll be eating rice and beans, beans and rice until I get my first extra deal of the year done from yellow letters :)
