Also, often times leasing is about who can respond to inquiries the quickest and offer the most convenience.

That is a recent topic from 12/2 that Lindsey responded to with a list of providers from a different forum discussion on the topic.

Every new investor hits roadblocks, but it’s how you respond that makes the difference. 

Thank for that information as I am having the same problem but the family is still in the property and won't respond to the attorney that send them a lot of letter and phone call.
