land sale is in Northern PA, but we are currently NY residents. 

I had planned on buying a new primary residence  that needs a rehab that i can get way under market value.

Has it been your primary residence for 2 years or more?  

Whereas curtains you can easily throw in the washing machine.

I am going to assuming it's a nice house if it was your primary residence and it's in a nice location.
