It's just tough to know the area, the type of renters, the type of housing, if the repair were quality or lipstick on a pig.I'd think there must be a dozen good PM in Akron.

If you're talking Commercial property then the higher your Net Operating Income goes and the leases or quality or renters you have, the higher your value goes.

If I can get 2 different renters in before Jan 1 2025-is still possible by obviously getting a cost seg.Also, would all of the house hunting, going out to see properties, research (calling city for license/map searching) and buying the furnishings count toward the 1 of 7 qualifications IRS demands in addition to the 2 Airbnb bookings-preparing home, cleaning, set up etc?

You can try to go after their renters insurance, but since you don't have proof, you're probably not going to get anywhere.
