In my experience RE investing is a reliable way to get rich slow, provided that you’re willing to invest steady effort and attention into the proper management of your portfolio over an extended period of time.

To be safe, consider starting with standard percentages or slightly reduced figures until you have reliable data on the property’s performance.

You really want unbiased investor advice so I would focus more on the responses that are from investors (or anyone) living in one area in their bio, but telling you about another area that the invest in where they have no vested interest.It's not to say that all agents are spamming, most is pretty reliable advice on their area, but it's still to be considered with a grain of salt.You are giving everyone too wide a scope to help you - anywhere in the US, and then limited to the Midwest (huge), and others.

I'm a little over a year and its consistent and reliable.

However, the only reference to Homeland Security I’ve seen is a post of a seeming “wish list” of investigative agencies by the OP in the Norada thread, who, if you read his posts, is obviously less than a reliable source of information and consumed by rage.
