They are absolutely making more money selling regurgitated information that actually practicing.

As far as owning another property, financed another way, seems legitimate; again only regurgitating what I've read as I have yet to "practice what I preach"

A small sample number is just one, another is that these people likely had a bad experience and were not pros but beginners and lost, or perhaps they have never invested in real estate and are regurgitating the media spin that is so common (real estate is risky, hard to sell, expensive to maintain, non liquid like stocks, and the other goes on).

I certainly hope this thread has reduced the number of would be wholesalers making the same regurgitated mistakes and poor business practices, one can only hope anyways.

I feel like 90% of the things people say on here are just regurgitating things we’ve learned from you at some point.

Books – In this order1) Rich Dad Poor Dad2) Millionaire Real Estate Investor3) Cashflow Quadrant4) Equity HappensBusiness Books1) 4-hour workweek2) E-Myth3) Think And Grow Rich (read this again and again, all the Gurus such as Tony Robbins and Jim Rohn regurgitate ideas in this book)It’s important to note that reading anymore is just overkill.

Now I admit I have never attended these conferences and I’m sure there’s some great tips and strategies from these guys but much of what I’ve seen and heard is just regurgitating someone’s old information already out there .

That approach won't get you very far in this (or any) business.Let me "regurgitate" two pieces of information:1.

They think we-the-people are too dumb to see through there BS, and in large part there right, those chugging from the Kool-Aid-Bowl are too brainwashed to think for selves and see any of it, there just regurgitating talking points without an iota of self-thought.       

David Schwartz, amongst others, every other author has regurgitated the same information.
