What I mean by that is that paying for leads that get sent to you just because you are paying for them is not smart scale right now, it costs too much for lukewarm.I was on Zillow Flex with my team of 50 for years and crushed it, but we had to kiss a lot of frogs at 35 percent referral fee.

Work with someone based off referrals.

There are companies out there that have 0 skin in the game and are just referral sources and there are others who are vertically integrated so they own/manage the entire process from start to finish.

Going to guess that they have a solid contract, that you signed, that states they make no guarantees or warranties about the referrals they give.

Ensure contractors have solid referrals from other investors and join local real estate investment associations for networking.
