...Next step for me is GA reciprocity for Realtors.

So when I was approached with a broken screen replacement request, I thought maybe he should feel inclined to replace it himself as a way of reciprocating the good faith I've demonstrated.At first I didn't share this history with you because I thought the "who pays for the screen" question, might have a black and white answer.  

Repairs each year are less than $150, so tenants reciprocate a lower rent charge with good upkeep and low repairs.I want to liquidate this home in Wisconsin and focus in my state (Oklahoma).

@Alison KurtzWe started with reciprocal arrangements with local businesses (we do this in one form or another all our units now).  

Should be able to use a sharp knife, multi-tool or reciprocating saw to cut the fin around the new construction window and then install your replacement window so that you don't have to mess with the siding.  

That being said some states do have reciprocity agreements with other states that would allow you to obtain a licence in another state without having to completely retake a course certified in the new state.  

The bath would back-fill with water when taking a shower as would the kitchen sink after washing dishes.I cut out all the cast iron pipes with a reciprocating saw & replaced the lines with PVC.

Any tips or suggestions are most appreciated and we hope to be able to reciprocate someday!

I also have my real estate license in Colorado and I plan on getting my license in NY eventually since it is a reciprocal state.
