Was a rebound deal as we were falling out of another contract and needed to meet our 1031 timeline (we didn't settle though just to fulfill the 1031 timeline...it checked all the boxes).

The market has rebounded and insane deals are gone.

So find those areas, snap up all the properties that can cashflow then sit back, get the monthly checks then when the market rebounds, and it will, sell the property for a tidy some and enjoy life!!
