You're doing the client's SEO -- i.e. they're getting all their leads from you or more leads because of the enhancements you put into their website/search rankings?

If you can build AI to compile all information about a homeowner to score and rank homeowners based on their likelihood to be motivated I would pay good money for that.

, using zip codes will lead to disaster.What we've found though is, "block-by-block" is too granular for OOS investors and "scares" them away:(So, what we've done is ranked the City of Detroit's 173 neighborhoods as Class A, B, C or D for OOS investors.It's still not perfect, but it's way better than using zip codes and easier to evaluate than block-by-block!

Depending on strategy I would rank them as followsFix and Flip: VB (I would focus on higher end Flips with bigger returns), Chesapeake (mixed but most opportunity for higher end Flips), Norfolk (lower end and older homes to me = more headaches), Suffolk, Newport News. 

I looked at tampa but it's more of a suburban market. miami has over 21 zip codes you can go up to 8 stories in because of the affordable housing issues and it is the only city in Texas and florida in the top 10 most affordable housing needs ranked by city. it's not even close. 

I suppose I could make an amendment to rule number 3 and say that the Enemy must have a 4.7 ranking or higher.

This is our only property where we could never 'climb up' the rankings in VRBO, so we received 0 guests from VRBO.
