So instead they throw away there $$$ on program after program, guru after guru, trying to find a way around the things that there is no way around; Time, Energy and Focus.What is a STR? 

There are many communities within each of these areas that run or allow nightly rental programs.

What other programs do other people use to get addresses to dispute these? 

**Tenant Screening**: The Section 8 program will cover a tenant's rent, but that doesn’t mean you should skip tenant screening.

Thus, purchasing an app/program that provides thousands of buyers might look impressive, but maybe not for me at this point, but would be something possibly to tap into if I go virtual wholesale?? 

There's also plenty of existing assistance out there, from 3.5% FHA homebuyer programs to Section 8 to SSI/VA disability, etc. 

Some programs will do the full LTV that a long term rental would have and some lenders will reduce the LTV by 5%.
