Doesn’t matter if they’re doctors, attorneys, brokers or any other profession.

You'd think for a profession where your reputation is everything, it'll be alot easier to find someone that shows up and responds back when they say they will.  

I wrote this long response with corrections to your errant attestations but erased it and will just state, wholesalers are a dime a dozen, as are the benefits they profess to bring to the table.

Because of the large amount of educational institutions and white-collar professions available in Boston, compounded with a mostly reliable MBTA system, you'll see these attractive tenants having no problem living in areas that will previous C-areas provided that their units are in good shape.

It’s like any other profession, it takes time to learn, network and understand the proper balance of managing the workload.

Our fees may get challenged, but our profession isn't going anywhere, imho.

That’s like saying which profession has more success a dentist or a medical dr?

I am a new Real Estate agent and am researching many different areas of the profession so I can determine where my characteristics/traits can be best utilized to become successful.

(Except I'm guessing you can be licensed and still do crappy work - that's how it is in most professions.)In any event, you'll need to talk to other investors local to you and get that answer.
