You are thinking real estate investing is an income producer, but when you have limited money to invest that means your potential profits are limited as well.

Real Estate is get rich slowly, $150k to invest is an amazing place to be and a great achievement, but it's also not going to produce a life changing amount of cash flow every year.

What most people do not understand is many of the products made overseas when tested (not saying LL did this) they use a different product than what they produce.

And we found a great pre-finished lumber supplier for the siding and the tongue and groove that is saving us 10 to 15k a cabin depending on the size (and producing far better quality results in the finishes).It doesn't sound like much when you're looking at 300k to 500k builds.  

Is there a business you can simply push up and increase revenue by a lot to produce the money you want to invest?
