For experienced landlords, what factors should be prioritized when choosing landlord insurance?

Always prioritize doing the right thing and confirm details with people and through official channels.

@Gino Barbaro, this is a hard one because there are so many details to hit on.I guess at a high level, I prioritize them a bit differently.  

Very few are in financial positions where tax strategies should be prioritized in their real estate business outside of perhaps timing and tax consequences of selling real estate.

I believe in community over competition personally, that's just my philosophy so I treat my workers really well so that they prioritize me and respond if I'm ever in an emergency and I share my referrals with friends and other investors who I am familiar with and they do the same for me.3.

A great real estate agent will have all of the players in place for you. 

At the same time, I completely understand why this strategy is prioritized since the return of capital is believed to be necessary to grow a portfolio.
