This is typically why it takes a much higher dosage of clear denatured alcohol to suffer permanent negative health effects, and you'll be vomiting faster ingesting a similar amount of clear versus green alcohol (kids, don't try this at home!).

Now if the pet owners medical condition worsened and she was prescribed the animal after she signs the lease, then you may not be able to remove her or the pet.

I recently read a book where they described a contract you can require the contractor to sign stating the terms and conditions for payment and consequences for not adhering to the prescribed deadlines etc.

A doctor that's "prescribing" based on an internet form is probably guilty of malpractice, and certainly shouldn't hold up as evidence of any disability.It might also be worth calling the agency that enforces this stuff and asking them directly.

It is one thing to have the Vendor kick-back $4K to replace a fence or re-shingle a roof, and quite another for them to extend a significant portion of the downpayment to you.In some instances where there may be a legitimate concession by the vendor - say an abandoned UST was discovered during the inspection and the vendor is crediting back $7K to cover the remediation costs - the lender may insist these funds be held in escrow and released only when the prescribed work has been completed.
