As a side note, within the next year or two, I will be looking at 5+ unit apartment buildings, and I'd prefer to not to have to make that leap prematurely, but will if I have to. :) I'm selling my existing rental here in Vancouver, Wa., which will give me plenty of cash to buy such a place, but would like to stick to SFH for the foreseeable future.Travis

and I just want to point out to anyone reading, at least at the time that I'm writing this I've found stamps at half the price on eBay, basically because they either have no gum and/or they're of various values adding a bit too the labour labor involved in appropriating the correct account to each letter.
