I live in Condo in California my neighbor decide to install a dryer by themselves without advising the landlord no proper ventilation and the result came that it's emitting A Toxic gas smell that comes to our side of the house I was in the garage and started to smell it my vision became blurry my stomach wasn't feeling well and it felt like I wanted to pass out my pregnant sister lives with me and the heat with smell passes to her room they open their garage to let out the smell so they damn well know that it's not safe can I complain to the landlord about this situation?

I can only imagine what would happen if someone tried to enforce something like this on a couple who was pregnant
